Reflash Page 5
~~ Wesley sat at the kitchen table playing with his bottle of water. He already missed Kurt; this was hell , pure and simple. He looked up as Tucker walked into the kitchen fresh from the shower. They’d agreed to go to the park tomorrow, to keep an eye on their men as they camped . Tonight had proven at least one thing; Kurt did like him, at least a little. They had a long way to go from Kurt being a heterosexual homophobe to Kurt, the gay loving man howling in pleasure underneat h Wesley. Wesley grinned at the thought. Jus t the tho ught of Kurt under him, writhin g in sexual pleasure, was arousing all by itself.
“Stop it; it’s getting hot in the kitchen, ” Tucker waggled his eyebrows.
“Oh please, I saw your face tonight. You
were smiling like an idiot at Austin all night. I
saw his face , too, when you were dancing with Chaz. Man, he looked like he wanted to beat Chaz over the head wit h one of those axes fire
men use, ” Wesley laughed.
Tucker grabbed a bottle of water and sat
down at the table. “Jesus, that Chaz guy is huge.
His fucking dick was pressed into my hip the
whole time , ” Tucker smiled, leaning over the
table. “The best part? The overwhelming jealousy coming from Austin. I think I might have a
shot after all. The way he held me when we
danced, the way he looked at me…” Tucker
sighed.
“We need to get some sleep, you know
that right?” Wesley stood up; putting what was
left of his water bottle back in the fridge. “I’m going to have to rub one out, ”
Tucker stood, stretching his muscles. “Just thinking about Austin has my dick hard as a rock.” Wesley pinched his cock. “Jesus, I swear
I was hard from the minute I saw Kurt.” Wesley
pulled his shirt off. “I’m going to go shower, see
you in the morning.”
“Yep, clean the cum off the walls please ,
” Tucker snickered.
“Gross,” Wesley threw his shirt at Tucker’s head.
“Smells like Kurt.” Tucker inhaled the Tshirt.
“It does?” Wesley grabbed the T-shirt and
put it up to his nose. Wesley let a portion of his
lupine side out and smelled the shirt. “Oh God,
that smells so damn good, ” Wesley’s eyes shifted, making the kitchen go black and white. “Um,” Tucker pointed at Wesley’s crotch.
“Please take care of that, it’s scary.”
Wesley looked down at his iron cock.
“Damn, that man drives me insane. I want him,
even more than before.”
“Let’s take it one day at a time, okay? If
we move to o fast, we could lose them.” Wesley nodded. “Got ya. Good night,
Tucker.”
“Yep, go jack off.” Tucker walked to his
room, closing the door. He picked up his own Tshirt and held it to his nose. The smell of
Austin’s body was all over it. Tucker got in bed
and put the shirt over his face. Austin had been
much different tonight than he’d been all the
times they’d gone out, which hadn’t been that
many, but it’d been enough. Even before, Austin
had been sweet and understanding and Tucker
had kept his hands and lips to himself. He wanted
Austin now, even more than before. The time
apart had only made the bond stronger . Tucker
closed his eyes and w ill ed sleep to take him.
~~ Wesley almost came screaming under the shower spray, his dick shooting out in all directions. He held onto the wall as his breath returned to him. The warm water slid down his back, like millions of tiny fingers, massaging his muscles and ass. Wesley squeezed what c um he had left from his prick and rinsed it off. Grabbing the sponge, Wesley went about cleaning the shower with bleach while he was still in it. It worked better that way, no bending over the side. Wesley shook his head, smiling ; yeah, because he really wanted to think about the best way to clean the shower after blowing every drop of cum he had thinking about Kurt. The minute their eyes met, Wesley had sensed a change in Kurt , and then Kurt had asked him to dance. It was a far cry from the Kurt he’d met ten months ago. Maybe the whole separation thing had worked in his favor? He’d almost been locked in a padded room the first two months he’d been away from Kurt. He needed him, wanted him, like he needed air to breathe.
The feelings he had were ten times stronger now and after hearing Kurt’s youn ger brother say that he thought Kurt liked him? Wesley smiled to himself as he cleaned the wall. He turned the water off and got out, wrapping a towel around his waist. Staring at his reflection in the mirror, Wesley checked to see if he’d changed much from the last time he’d seen Kurt. His hair was shorter, more of a cop cut, if there was such a thing. The eyes remained the same . Tilting his head from side to side, he tried to think what Kurt would see in him.
“You are a sexy devil, aren’t you?” Wesley chuckled at his reflection.
Wesley laughed, as Tucker’s voice floated through the apartment.
“Oh my God, go to bed! You’re sexy and you know it!” Tucker shouted.
“Goodnight, Tucker!” Wesley opened the bathroom door, making his way to his own room.
“Night, p erv!”
Chapter Four
The morning started off fine. Austin had gotten up before Kurt and packed all the camping gear into his Excursion. The problem came when Kory declined the offer to go with them. After a heated argument when Kurt woke up, Kory got his way and stayed at the apartment. Austin had argued that Kory was an adult and didn’t need a babysitter, which put him in the hot seat with his roommate. Which brought them to the present: On the road, in complete silence , for over an hour .
“Are you ever going to talk to me?” Austin looked sideways at Kurt. Kurt pursed his lips and looked out the window. “Oh my God, Kurt ! He’s nineteen, stop treating him like he’s twelve. I think Kory can be trusted alone for one night . We’ll be back tomorrow night.”
Austin waited for a response. Nothing. “Are you trying to be your dad?” Kurt’s head snapped at that statement. “I w ill never be my father!” Kurt shouted.
“Ha! I got you to talk to me, ” Austin snickered.
Kurt chuckled, looking at his roommate. “Dick.”
“What is wrong with you this morning? You’re even crankier than normal.”
“I didn’t sleep very well last night, ” Kurt said.
“Did it have something to do with Wesley showing up at the bar?” Austin kept his eyes on the road.
“Um, no.” Kurt shifted uncomfortably in the seat.
Austin gripped the steering wheel and took a deep breath. “I thought about Tucker last night.”
“You did?” Kurt’s attention was focused on Austin now.
Austin nodded.
Kurt looked out the window again. “I thought about Wesley, ” Kurt mumbled under his breath.
“What was that?” Austin leaned toward Kurt. “I didn’t quite catch that.”
“You heard me,” Kurt growled.
Austin smiled, looking over at Kurt. “You seemed to be having fun, more than usual. You can talk to me Kurt, we’re friends and I would never judge you.”
Kurt sighed loudly. “This is weird for me, okay? I’m not supposed to be attracted to a man; it’s been forced down my throat since I was a kid. Last night, I don’t know, something happened when I saw Wesley again.”
“I know what you mean, ” Austin nodded in agreement.
“You do?” Kurt asked.
“Yes. When I saw Tucker last night … I don’t know, something changed inside me. I think it’s been changed for a long time, like the first time I saw him, went out with him. I mean, it really freaked me out you know? I’m supposed to be this badass fireman and I find another man attractive. Gay men are not
supposed to be tough, at least that was what my mother and father drilled into me for most of my life. Yet, I see Chaz and Wesley and the rest of the guys and I think were they serious? Have they lived under the rock that long?”
“God, I’m glad you said that. I’ve been going out of my mind thinking about this. I’m trying to process how I feel about all of it. I don’t know, mostly I’m scared. I know I’ll lose my family if I ever act on my feelings.”
“You left them when you were eighteen, Kurt. In fact, you ran screaming from your house just so you could breathe. Now you see your brother suffering the same fate. I know they ’re your parents, but what are you really afraid of?”
“That I’ll like it, if I kiss him or hold him. It goes against everything I’ve ever been raised to think , ” Kurt said.
“You’ve already gone against that when you be friended Preston and Wyatt, when you allowed Cole and Chaz in to your life, and when you started going to gay clubs , ” Austin pointed out.
Kurt looked out the window. “I guess, if I like it, I’m going to have say I’m gay, ” Kurt shook his head. “I’m scared, man.”
“Hey, I get it, okay? We’re in the same boat here; I feel the same way you do. I want the same things from Tucker .” Austin sighed. “There, I said it out loud.”
“Let’s just fish, ” Kurt said. “It’s a rela xing way to drive yourself nuts, ” Kurt chuckled.
“That makes no sense whatsoever, ” Austin laughed.
Once they got to campsite , Austin and Kurt untied the boat from the top of Austin ’s truck and hauled it down to the water’s edge. The tent went up with no problems and Austin got the fire pit read y. Once everything was in place the y set out to the lake with t heir fishing gear and a cooler. The water was calm and the skies were blue ; it was a perfect day to fish. Kurt sat back and cast his line, pulling h is hat down over his forehead. Austin baited his hook and cast out, sitting on the opposite side so as not to tip the boat .
“So, how are we cleaning up tonight? I didn’t see any cabins nearby, ” Kurt commented .
Austin pointed to the lake.
“I’m supposed to clean up in there?” Kurt raised his eyebrows.
“I don’t do the cabin thing. This is nature, embrace it , ” Austin chuckled.
“Son of a bitch, ” Kurt mumbled.
“I got something!” Austin jumped up, reeling in his line.
“Don’t tip the boat!” Kurt grabbed the sides.
Austin cracked up. “Relax, it’s only water. Look, I got a salmon!”
Kurt watched Austin reel in his fish, a good -sized one , too. It f ought hard. Kurt got the net and put it under the fish as Austin pulled it up.
“That’s a beauty,” Kurt removed the hook, from its mouth, then threaded the string they had through its gills and hung it back over the side.
“One big fillet?” Austin laughed, re-baiting his hook.
They were out for almost four hours. Kurt caught rainbow trout and his own salmon , while Austin caught s teelheads and t rout. They headed back to shore tired and hungry.
“I’ll get the fire started, if you want to clean up first?” Austin pulled the boat up on the shore.
“Yeah, sure,” Kurt nodded.
They trekked back to their campsite and put the gear away. Kurt grabbed his extra clothing and headed down to the water. Austin got the fire started and began cleaning fish. Even in May it was hot, although it was starting to cool off at night as the sun set. Washington was just beautiful all the time.
When he’d told his parents he was leaving home , he ’d thought his mother would have a coronary. As it was , she dragged him to church. Then she proceeded to pray for him every night. Austin rolled his eyes ; his parents drove him crazy as a child. The worst part was going to church. He knew there were plenty of sincere people who went to church , but they did not include his family. His family would sit there for an hour or more and hear about how God and Jesus were lov ing , forgiving and understanding and then they would turn around and spew hat red at people who were different. That’s when he knew he had to get out.
“Hey, I’m all done. I can take over the cleaning.” Kurt dropped his dirty clot hes in the bag they had brought and took his seat in front of the fire. “Water feels good.”
Austin handed over the knife and the cutting board and held his hands up. “Want to lick it?”
Ew,” Kurt laughed. “You stink.”
“I got most of it done, just cut them.” Aus tin grabbed the plastic bag he’d shoved his clean clothes in and made his way down to the lake. The sun was setting and deep lavender spread across the sky mingled with fingers of orange and red . Austin washed his hands then took off his clothing. Standing naked, he waded into the water and dunked his head under. The water was cool, but not too cold. He rubbed his arms and pits, making sure to get the rest of his bits before stepping out.
He smelled his still-fishy hands, and put hand sanitizer on them. Toweling off, he looked around the quiet area and smiled. This was living
- no alarms, no people, just quiet. A twig cracked off to his right and Austin spun around, one leg halfway into his boxers. He looked all around, but didn’t see any wildlife. When he got back to the campsite, Kurt was putting the fish over the fire.
“That smells good.” Austin dumped his clothes off and took a seat on one of the rocks.
“You were right, we did need this.” Kurt handed Austin a beer.
“Thanks.” Austin popped off the cap, and took a long drink. “God, that is so good.”
“Can I ask you something?” Kurt sat forward, flipping the fish.
“Yeah, sure you can.”
“Did you ever, you know, treat gay people the way your parents did?”
Austin smiled. “I don’t think there were any gay people where we lived, and if there were, I don’t think they made themselves known.”
“What about when you got to the house?”
“No, I didn’t even know Preston was gay for the longest time. Sean finally clued me in. I just sat there looking at him for like five minutes straight. He took it in stride, asked if I wanted a picture of him , ” Austin chuckled. “The n Wyatt came to the house and I saw the way they were together, you k now? They are so in love, they respect each other, are faithful to each other.”
Kurt nodded. “My first girlfriend fucked half the football team. That’s when I started questioning things. All h eterosexuals were faithful and true and God fearing?” Kurt snorted. “Yeah , right. I’ve been cheated on more times than I can count.”
“The way Tucker looks at me, it’s like I’m the only one there. I’ve ne ver had that before from a girl, ” Austin said.
“I know; Wesley looks at me like that , too . We went out and not once did his eyes stray from me.”
They ate in silence, both of them pondering what to do about the men who occupied their thoughts. It had finally gotten dark ; Austin put the fire out and they cleaned up the area. Crawling into the tent, Kurt was already zipped up, looking through the window in the top. Austin crawled in to his own sleeping bag and zipped it up. He looked over at Kurt and smiled.
“Tired?”
“Exhausted, I think the sun got me good today. Plus I drank like four beers before I even got a fish in me, ” Kurt chuckled.
“Get some sleep. Night, Kurt.”
“Night.”
Austin was awakened by loud grunting noises from in front of the tent. A large shadow passed in front of it, and Austin smacked Kurt in the arm. He put his finger over his lips and pointed outside the tent. More grunts came, and scratching at the ground. Then something was knocked over. Austin’s eyes went wide and he mouthed ‘bear.’
The conversation with Wesley about bears at the park jumped into Kurt’s head. Black bears. “Oh , shit, ” Kurt whispered.
Austin pulled the tent’s zipper down a little . The bear was s niffing the ground, and then the air. Its head turned and it caught sight of the tent. Austin backed away fr
om the opening and looked around the tent.
“It’s coming,” Austin whispered. “What?! What the hell do we have to scare it away?”
“Fishing poles?”
Kurt rolled his eyes. “Oh that’s just wonderful!”
The tent moved and Austin froze; they both moved to the side the bear couldn’t see them on. The bear was sn ufflin g the tent, pushing against it. Austin sat back in horror as the bear ’s claws tore through the fabric .
“Oh, fuck!” Austin shouted.
A loud growl came from the bear, and it started actively trying to get into their tent. Kurt started shouting and clapping his hands, as did Austin, trying to scare it away. Austin pushed back as far as he could, keeping Kurt behind him as half the bear entered their tent.
“Jesus!” Kurt shouted.
Loud howls came from the right of the tent and then growling reverberated through the forest. Austin sat in shock as the bear was ripped from their tent, growling and snarling. More growls filled the night air, as a fight raged on in front of the tent. Austin and Kurt crawled to one of the windows and peeked out front. Two massive wolves were tearing the bear up, biting its haunches and snapping their teeth at it. The bear, realizing it was outnumbered, ran.
“Jesus, have you ever seen wolves that big?” Kurt whispered.
Austin shook his head.
The wolves made a wide circle around the campsite, yipping at each other, before settling down a few feet from the tent, facing the dire ction the bear had left .
“Well, now what? I have to pee , ” Kurt whispered.
Austin pushed the torn side of the tent aside and took a tentative step out. One of the wolves turned its head, regarding him curiously.
“Um, we have to pee, okay?” Austin said.
“Are you serious?” Kurt whispered.
“What else should I have done? Scared away the two wolves that chased the hungry bear?” Austin whispered back.
Austin moved slowly towards one of the trees, keeping his eyes on the wolf.
“Shit, shit, shit,” Kurt whispered . He stopped walking and stood still as one of the wolves got up and trotted over to him. “What do I do?”
